Air Fryer Cod and Potatoes

Mild cod and baby potatoes cooked quickly for a light, comforting dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 8 baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

    Toss potatoes with half the oil and air fry for 10 minutes at 390F.

    Coat cod with remaining oil, lemon juice, parsley, and salt.

    Add cod and cook 6 more minutes until flaky.

    Serve immediately.
