Family Friendly Baked Chicken Tenders

Crispy baked chicken tenders made without frying for an easy family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Heat oven to 425F.

    Dip chicken in egg white and coat with breadcrumbs and seasonings.
