Ingredients
- 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
- 2 tablespoons quick oats
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Blend egg whites, oats, and water until smooth.
