A very simple vegan bowl with rice noodles, tofu, and spinach.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces rice noodles
  • 8 ounces firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
