A soothing bowl with white rice, lean chicken, and soft cooked carrots.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 8 ounces chicken breast
- 1 carrot, sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Cook chicken in a skillet until fully cooked, then slice.

Cook carrot in a small pan with a splash of water until soft.
