Ingredients

  • 14 ounces extra-firm tofu, cubed
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced thin
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
