A simple vegan meal prep bowl with tofu, rice, and tender vegetables.

Ingredients
- 14 ounces extra-firm tofu, cubed
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
