One Pot Turkey Rice Skillet
Lean ground turkey, rice, and vegetables in a simple one-pan dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 carrot, diced small
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Cook turkey in oil until no longer pink.
