  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
