Sheet Pan Herb Chicken and Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
