Soft Tofu Breakfast Scramble
A gentle vegan breakfast with soft tofu, mild seasoning, and toast on the side.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces soft tofu
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
